[Predictions] Naruto Manga Chapter 649 Discussion and 650 Predictions

Oh well, at least next chapter will have some progession of story, Naruto and Sasuke vs Obito, and Return of the Legendary Copy Cat...it should more than, make up for this shit.

I've come to the conclusion that whenever Kiba has some kind of dialogue that there's an 85% chance that the chapter will suck.

Great chapter but I'll give a 4/5 for lack of action....
Loved shikamaru's speech, and it seems like Kakashi was stiching his wounds, the reason why this time he was late l0l:yeah:

I don't see why people are complaining that feelings saved Shika..... according MS translation, he said naruto was doing it subconsciously and his chakra just healed him, and we all know back in part 1 that the Kyuubi chakra had healing abilities, so I don't understand the beef here....

Anyway can't wait for next week, when the action begins!!!!

The only positive thing is that we all finally saw that Kakashi is alive and what is doing ....

But the whole concept in the chapter - again talk, persuasion, inspiring, thought and comparison... And it is just a "Filler" - that the anime can make it...

At first, when I was too excited and started to read the chapter to the final... I was utterly dissapointed. I would gave not a 1/5, not even 0/5, bit a -1/5 ... that's it... But Kishi make the manga for 13 -17 year old guys and ladies, not 25-35 year old ... - the same people, which first started the read of Naruto!!! So I had to reverse the evaluation and I give 1/5 ...

P.S. And im not too entirely sure of this but did Tsunade just completely heal Shikamaru in a damn heartbeat by touching

This chapter allowed me to remember how good my reflex is.

So i was sitting on my hair reading the chapter, half way into the chapter i start yawning and i guess my eyes started closing. Next thing i know, im falling off my chair, then my hand somehow grabbed onto the table and i was awake again. Magic i know. I then proceeded to finsih off the chapter.

OT. This chapter was trash. We have already had like 5 chapters where minato keeps on going on about naruto, this and naruto that. With kushina, this and kushina that. And naruto's hardship in life. Yes we get it, its been said since the beginning. Now we have basically having the same thing. Same old, same old. Perhaps my hand shouldn't have held onto the table, the idea of falling and possibly proceeding to sleep on the floor afterwards seems more interesting than, waking up and finishing reading this shit

Solid chapter! I just can't hear the phrase "let's go!" anymore they should just go already!!!

Anyways Shikamaru is saved, Kakashi seems fine too that's good!

Kiba please just shut your mouth! he is getting more pathetic every chapter as if he would even stand just a slight chance against Naruto and Sasuke!

As for Sakura surpassing Tsunade....... seriously is Kishi for real !!??? She somehow seemed rather pathetic compared to Tsunade ! I mean Tsuna just touched Shikamaru and he got better as for Sakura it took her ages just to.....well what did she do? it seemed that Shikamarus willpower and Narutos chakra saved him ... come on Kishi thats just way too weak !!

I LOVED this Chapter.... It was awesome.... Naruto has become what Jiraiya wanted him to be.... And I agree with people who are saying the plot progression has been slow lately but I hope you read that little note at the end of the Chapter saying - "Next,Naruto and Sasuke vs Obito and Finally?!"

And not to forget every 50 Chapters something important happens.... =D =D

Around 600 - Obito Reveal
Around 550 - KA Reveal
On Chapter 500 - Birth of Naruto
On Chapter 450 - Everyone in Konoha started recognizing Naruto for saving the village.

So something will happen in Chapter 650 that will give the plot a new direction and it's even hinted in today's Chapter like I said above.... =D =D

All that being said.... It's a 5/5 for me....

2.5/5,rounding it off to 3, seriously I can't give more to this chapter, which actually disappointed me...
Pros-
1. Ahhh, finally Kakashi is back, I actually thought that he got Yamato'd or something like that...XD
2. Shikamaru survived(I actually knew somewhere that he isn't going to die), but anyways I never wanted him to die, and he survived so I am happy...
3. It's nice to see Gokages giving some sort of an inspiration to SA, because that is what they are supposed to do, and I don't remember a single moment when a kage (except Gaara that is..), gave some speech or inspiration to SA..
Cons-
1. It was actually kinda boring chapter, there was no action, and actually nothing big happened...:yeah:
2. I am tired of this Naruto=Hope kind of BS, Kishi we know that, now stop it please...
3. What was the purpose of trying to kill Shikamaru and then bringing him back to life... Kishi, why are you trolling us??:nuts:

1/5 only because i cant give it a 0. the last 3 chapters have all looked more or less exactly the same. the plot hasnt been progressed at all in 3 weeks. if you really wanna get into it the plot has barely been progressed within the last year but thats besides the point. i want obito dead and to move on with this manga because a year is more than enough time to be reading about the same fight.

about a year ago obito was officially unveiled as being tobi (#599) so thats 50 chapters ago = 50 weeks + any weeks off of which there were quite a few which means that its been over a year since this fight started and theyre still going. GET ON WITH IT!! every few months they give us 2 weeks of action and then nothing for a few months again. thank god we arent paying for this because i wouldve stopped months ago
