I'm going to give it a 3/5. It was nice, but i just think Tsunade is underestimating the threat at hand. The highlight for me was seeing Kakashi.

This chapter is so bad it's not even funny. This chapter is so useless that we should rather have a break.

Beyond terrible, seriously Kishimoto stop stalling and MOVE to the end.

So, another "buffer" chapter so that the pacing doesn't get too fast. It will make more sense if you re-read them in a row some time later. The manga is clearly nearing its end, so I'm okay with pacing like this.

Although pretty much nothing substantial happened in this chapter, I still feel it was pretty awesome:
1. Shikamaru lived..and pretty much confirmed that Naruto's gonna be hokage
2. Everyone realized again that Naruto's a pro
3. Naruto is unknowingly bringing the SA closer together..bringing Toad sage's prediction closer.
4. We got to see Kakashi!! And most likely he's gonna come next chapter which is awesome

Only annoying thing: Kiba.

Awesome chapter 5/5... YOSH!!! Kakashi is alive and will be back in the war soon. Oh look we have people yet again saying Kishimoto is just trolling us hahahah and that the chapter was crap.... if you dont like how Kishimoto is telling this story or who he is stalling towards the end of Naruto... just go some where else its obvious that you dont like the manga.
