maybe naruto cant feel his chakra because he used it all fighting pain and maybe because he has his sharingan showing and his chakra is being drained

Im saying this to everyone so you dont loose braincells trying to think about it.
Kakashi is(was) dead. Once pain was killed everyone he or one of his other sides killed comes back to life, (sorry for the spoiler). But kakashi comes back to life, sadley jaraiya doesnt which still puzzles me.

he was dead and pein revive him and all the dead villagers but he could revive jiraya cauz he was dead a wile ago
