Sasuke gets a Perfect Susanoo on-par with Madara's that he can sustain for 15 minutes. He also gets Itachi's Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror. Madara can hold his Perfect Susanoo for 20 minutes.​

Sasuke wins mid-high diff , because of the Enton and sacred weapons but everyone hates Sasuke here so whatever.

I really don't see Sasuke winning this, simply because I don't know how Enton or Totsuka are getting past PS. Sure they hate him, but sometimes they have a point.

If Kyuubi attacks from one side and Madara from the other with both of his Susanoo's arms, Sasuke can't do anything. Madara has enhanced range with his Susanoo's blades which can keep Sasuke's sword hand busy, and Kurama can attack the other side. Considering the Susanoo's bulk, it's near impossible for Sasuke to guard and attack at the same time.
