Sasuke gets a Perfect Susanoo on-par with Madara's that he can sustain for 15 minutes. He also gets Itachi's Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror. Madara can hold his Perfect Susanoo for 20 minutes.​

Even still, Yata only blocks attacks that are dead on. I find it hard to believe that Sasuke will be able to attack, and guard two opponents that attack from different directions with immensively powerful techniques at the same time.

I don't know why people ignore Yata Mirror. I mean come on. I can't block Kyuubi's attacks? Says who? A normal Perfect Susano'o took 100% Kurama's TBB to the face without a scratch, yet Yata can't? Anyway, Sasuke endures for the full 15 minutes as Madara won't be putting a scratch on him. But when the 15 Minutes are up, Madara wins. I really don't know if Totsuka can add to anything. It was never given a feat or hype that it can get through something like Perfect Susano'o.
