So this really has been bothering me a lot lately , I've been talking ot a friend about it , but i wanted to see what you guys thought about it .

I've been reading a lot of theories involving AOT in other forums & the one that seems to be popular everywhere i go , is about time travel , Yes time travel , now i know this seems so far fetch , this could also mean premonitions , seeing the future or dreaming lol .........Now , I don't know if you guys picked up on this at the very first time we get to see Eren & Mikasa for the first time in the manga .

We see Eren sleeping & Mikasa saying "See you later Eren " what the hell does that means if Eren is sleeping & if you notice mikasa has short hair & when it cuts to her full face , you see her with long hair , right ? ok .

Eren says to Mikasa about her hair getting longer & if you noticed her blouse or whatever she is wearing is now Un -button & then Eren start crying . <---------this scene has been really bugging me a lot & i dont know what to make of it , was Eren dreaming about the future ? what was it ? ..........I want to see your thoughts about this please.

B) A foreshadow in which Eren is the one dying (having lost his humanity by abusing his titan shift)

C) A premonition of a situation in which Mikasa or Eren may have died, but by recalling the dream, his will forges through it.

D) The start of an ultimate troll in which this is an epic dream.

Considering Rivaille is basically an alternate variant of Mikasa in terms of their role... I can't see her dying to be honest. Between Eren's will power and desire to protect, and the fact that someone has to be the badass human... I can't actually see her dying.

Rivaille I honestly think will end ul dying instead. Though I'll be saddened there to.... But at least he can be with Petra :T_T:

That would be sick i was watching the new episode while reading this and i had a thought to explain add to this theory.
I think that armin also knows about the future just like misaka and that all they must do is keep eren alive but they cant do much so they wont change history. When armin commentates and says, on that day it makes me think that he is introducing a playback of something that aready happened. Also i think the reason why armin makes such good desicions is simply because he knows parts of the past in detail due to time travel or mabye he knows the events in extreme detail.

I just want to know , why the hell we saw a shor t haired Mikasa & then we get a long haired Mikasa , I don't think they know , it's just Eren foreshadowing things without him eve knowing .

There's a theory about Eren going back or future i don't remember , but i'm not very fond of that .

I think the injections gave him side effects & can foreshadow the future via dreams , but yeah we can't tell with this series . :/ .

I also think that's a mikasa ready to die , but as we've seen before Eren rarely remembers his flashabck/memories ....this time he might be able to prevent the outcome . I hope .

Food for thought: Mikasa (short hair) in the very first panel doesn't have the scar on her cheek from when she was almost hit by Erin.

I don't know if it was simply a cut, or if it was a scar that would stay forever. Or if she got that in the manga, but its interesting to thing that their reality could've been different
