I liked it, maybe Atlas Flame could have told them a little more but it was still good, can't wait to find out more about it, more about Igneel and what he wanted to do and atm I am most curious as to what Tartaros' goal is ... also we finally have the first member of Tartaros, is it just me or does he resemble Gale, Haru's father a bit in a weird way? or more precisely I sorta got a Gale Glory and Gale Raregroove feel from him.

Good chapter, best one since the Grand Magic Games arc IMO.

Seems a powerful one has appeared, he looks like someone who could belong in Gildarts' class. Interesting ability too, demon slaying magic? Awesome!

I wonder if that Silver guy could be Ultear's father/Ul's husband and that that grave is a symbolic resting place for Ur or that it even might by Gray's father and that that is the grave if Gray's mother? Not that there is any kind of proof for that, but it's just that he reminds me of Gray. Also a bit of Gildarts, but that might just be the drawing style.

There weren't any flash-backs....only one panel of Gray thinking of his earlier fight and Atlas Flame mentioning some stuff of 400 years ago, which neither are real flash-backs.

As it is, I found the notion of devil-slaying to be fairly interesting and exciting.​

To be more specific, the idea of Demon Slayer magic. I figured if we had a god slayer, why not a demon or hell slayer! I'm really glad this exists!

Ezra... Gotta take that girl down when you had the chance... You were wrecking her in the GMG with a destroyed leg -_-! lol I'm curious as to how Minerva improved so much.

I enjoyed out new Tartarus enemy. Love how it has Absolute Zero (0 K) on his armor (which also looks cool... Ezra could use some tips in what ARMOR LOOKS LIKE! I wonder if Succubus Eye has any ties with Tartarus... It would seem likely.




Random thought, but it would be cool if Ezra could use her added magic to exquip armor on other people too... Or even summon the armor and control it like a puppet as she fights (like a General or something). Random indeed.

AND Absolute Zero............... I'm thinking that guy might be Gray's father, and it can explain how Gray was able to use that ice to defeat that demon who make loli's (lol) =D

Nice chapter, the devil slayer is very interesting i can't wait to see his abilities in action, i think the ice he uses could be demon souls frozen, that might be the reason they didn't melt so easily with fire, to bad Atlas didn't stay for long i was hoping to hear what the magic E.N.D could have been.

this E.N.D. stuff is really interesting, but I'm not a fan of this new slayer magic.dragon slayer magic was introduced as a very rare and unique ability, but now we have god slayers and demon slayers too? -.-" meh...

Excellent chapter honestly. The idea of God Slayers didn't impress me, but the Devil Slayer ability gave me goosebumps. And the Devil Slayer also being a member of Tartarus was great.

"slayer" bullcrap yet? The writers just seem to pull this stuff out of nowhere. This is whats wrong with shounen.

as in terms of allies?also ten saints..maybe the counsel ,Jellal,Mermaid heel etc...

Bad news :silver alone defeated Atlas and their may be more ? & there is Zeref and achonoligia who was toying maybe he change back into a human and he was just toying with gildarts as well?

Side note as a protagonist :Lucy who reminds me of kagome from inuyasha may be the one to obtaining the secrets Of the one Magic...

Yeah, I really don't get what the negative fuss is about regarding having another slaying magic. Dragon slaying magic is meant to slay dragons. Considering there is magic that can create demons, likewise it isn't surprising that there is magic to slay them. It are the god slayers that are the odd ones out as the term 'god' is just use metaphorically.

In the first chapter of FT it was even called dragon interception magic instead of dragon slaying magic. I mean the way you would hunt a shark would be different than the way how you would hunt a lion. So I really don't see any issues with having different types of magic for different kinds of magical beings.

Azuma got transformed into a tree, so he is pretty much dead and I would't say he really beat Atlas Flame, at least not at his full strength. From what I understand the villagers themselves didn't even know the flame was a dragon, so it was in the end just some residue flame that was still left behind.
