Its okay but remember that Tobirama just has more experience about ninjutsus and that's why he figured out Obito's jutsu can turn every jutsu to nothing.
However Minato didn't live more than 25 years and died but he didn't have so much experience about jutsus, but he can demonstrate and use them.

Intelligence and smart doesn't come from battle like Tobirama and Madara had shown like both with skills and doesn't mean they are both intelligence but a lot of BATTLE EXPERIENCE....

How Minato managed to think himself how to transport the 4 TBB away while Tobirama didn't figured out. We people have seen Minato is very calm when he comes up with counter attacks or either strategies, and that's call intelligence.
