Moving along.
This next jutsu call for you to bind your opponents(grapple,wire,string etc)
*makes a clone*
Bind my clone.

Like how we did before? With me sending out my lightning chakra to wrap around them, shock, and paralyze them?

Nope, none of that fanciness just a regular grapple hold or normal rope or wire.
You could combine it with other techniques but lets get you to learn the basic way. I'll leave combos and what not to you at a later date.
So again bind my clone whichever way you deem fit. While binding my clone start to gather your lightning chakra.
Once bound, make these hand signs *does a quick series of handsigns*
and a bolt of lightning will come down and strike your target.

*I throw some shuriken with wires at your clone, making the wires wrap around him and bind him, then I hold the wires in me teeth and do the hand signs*
*A lightning bolt comes down and hits your clone*

Uhh, idk, you never said the names of the jutsus you were teachin me O_O
We did one where I send my lightning chakra out at the enemy, it clings to them and paralyzes them. Is that it?

Nope, you would have know if taught you lightning chains.
So now gather lightning chakra around your arms
copy this handsigns

Think about chains, big heavy metal chains.

im glad you made that mistake.(i made the same one)
With the lightning chains jutsu they are connected to your body(hands arms) which wouldn't allow you the ability to make handsigns..
Can you think of another way to use both jutsu in tandem?
Or should i tell you?

Make the handsigns for to call forth the bolt of lightning, then immediately after use the chains.
Or Shadow clone, but you'll need to rank up once more to get to use those..
