I love Characters that are badass , smart , loyal ,cool looking ,shy , if they start weak & then later they kick ass characters .

Well, it's pretty hard to say that my faves have anything in common. I mean, I like both mad villains (Kimblee is my #1, in Naruto it's Madara), positive strong-willed heroes (Naruto himself), badass calculating ones with a plan (for a non-anime example, Sherlock Holmes in the games made by Frogwares)... and so on. On the other hand, even if a character matches the above descriptions there's no guarantee that I'll like them. So I guess it's more like I pick them individually, but they can be any type.

I like the ones who have questioning of...anything. The ones who just do not accept what world shows and obligates them to be.
Because that's one of the greatest parts of human and among the biggest factors what makes this specie what is.
I like Lee for this; because he desires to be something different than what others and his physical nature deems him to be. Or Orochimaru; he doesn't accepts; he questions and elaborates. Neji is one of my faves as well. Also Elric bros from FMA for another example.
