Which three One Piece characters have appeared in every canon story arc so far?(Excluding Amazon Lily,Impel Down and Marineford)
There are three of them: I know the answers to this , good luck thinking of the fourth. Only true manga fans know the third character

Guess it depends on how you define the starting arcs... As Nami, Zoro, and Luffy basically all exist from the start. Though Zoro doesn't appear until after Luffy helps Coby... Panda Man I'm guessing would plausibly be a fourth.

It has to be Luffy and Zoro for the first two. Shanks would be my third guess with Luffy and having flashbacks during the arcs. Shanks was shown in Usopp's flashback with his dad. Buggy had a flashback with him in the 2nd arc. Shanks was shown later in a later arc with Mihawk, but I don't remember him in Sanji's arc.


The only other person I can think of is Pandaman, but he isn't in the first 3 arcs. He is first shown in Sanji's arc as a customer on the ship.

Unless there is someone I'm missing......
