I fail to see how an arc including the following:
-A Shichibukai and fantastic main antagonist
-Many potential StrawHat candidates
-Lots of fanservice
-New species
-Lots of badasses e.g. Chinjao and Bartolomeo
-More super rookies
-Blackbeard pirates being reintroduced
-A new Navy Admiral
-Law vs Doflamingo + Fujitora
-More on Kuzan
-Resemblances to Alabasta (which many people claim is what got them into One Piece)
-More stuff on Kaidou and other Supernovae
-New fighting styles (Hasshoken in particular)
-More history on the Tenryuubito
-Multiple different and all interesting story lines which are well balanced in the screen time they get (after the coverage of Luffy in the tournament)
-Some of Garps past
-Luffy potentially gaining new Allies (Happou Navy and the Tontottans)
-Mera Mera no Mi as a prize (creating one of the best plot twists of the series)

is bad or boring...

He never said it was. Did you even read the OP? He said that the pacing wasn't to his standards.

psh...dressrosa isn't even finished yet and it's already in my top 3 arcs right behind marineford and the cp9 arc...and thats saying a lot since the focus of this arc is Doflamingo and he's a character I dislike

I know. I was referring to other people saying the arc is boring. Excluding pacing (which in my opinion hasn't really changed since the time skip: it's still the same Mangaka!) there's no wrongs with this arc and in fact the arc could be made into perfection.

Dressrosa is one of my favorite arcs so far.
I like the way the action is spreaded around and I enjoy the fact that it's focusing to the history and some past events. We 're geting more clues about the mysteries of OP, even though they are not delivered directly. I have to admit I am bored of arcs that's all about action, fighting and running around. For me mystery about history and action are very well combined in this arc, not to mention that I love the introduction of new characters.

It's One Piece, so it's pretty good. But, honestly I'm not that into it.

While we've gotten some great characters, brilliant development and a twist (Bellamy), and some damn good comedy, at its core the Colosseum plot-line is pretty uninteresting. It's just a bunch of random guys who A) we'll never see again or B) will return in something that'll just further extend the story. The actual action part of the fights are good but I couldn't be bothered as I have no interest in the vast majority of the competitors.

More minor but still issues I have with the Colosseum are: * Rebecca's design. Aside from the fact that she looks way too much like Nami, I'm sorry it's just too much. I'm all for fanservice but this is ridiculous. What sort of protection will a gladiator get from a chain-metal bikini? It's shameless pandering trying to get more sales by basically selling ***, and I really expect more from Oda. * B-Block result: I friggin love Bellamy's development. But there's no problem with it; him losing B Block. It defeats the image of this changed man when he just get's beaten again. At the very least he could have put up a big fight instead of 'LOL King's Puch comin' through, total pwnage!!!'. Bartolomeo and Bellamy's ultimatum could still have fit in with only minimal tweaking.

The stuff with the Dwarfs just annoys me personally. It was kinda funny at the very beginning buy it's just become a bunch of crap for cheap laughs. I know Usopp at his core will always be afraid (except for maybe by the EOS) but the pathetic display he's showing right now is just too much.

I really like Sanji and Violet's relationship. Their chemistry is amazing. I really hope that this pairing happens (if not now then they re-meet at the EOS and hook up then). Overall, it's one of the arc's better parts. Zoro and Wicca's interactions are funny, and Kin'emon continues to work brilliantly with Mosshead and Ero-Cook.=D

I didn't like Jora or find interest in her DF. But she still should have gotten a proper fight instead of just a few pages of scrapping here and there and then defeat. But, I liked her defeat scene, Brooke was so badass. But, yet again I can't help but find a flaw; it would've been better if Nami did it. At least Brooke (and Chopper) took out New Fishmen Pirate Officers, Nami's taken out who Post-Timeskip? But still I'll be fine with that if she wins a fight by the arc's end.

Fujitora is a very interesting character. His internal dilemma over justice is great. One-Legged Thunderous Toy Solider of Rage is another fairly nice character. I hope he isn't Rebecaa's dad though, I want him to be part of a family that was loyal to the Riku Royal Bloodline (partly because I want to ship them :O).

One problem I do have that hasn't happened yet but will (if not here then next arc): Luffy beating Doflamingo. It'd be way better if Law did it. Unlike Luffy who just feels bad for them, Law actually knows what Rebecca and others feel; the disgrace of being Doflamingo's puppet/slave/chew toy. Plus, it builds him up (he is Luffy's Whitebeard after-all). With Diamante and all the people at the Colosseum gunning for him it's not like Luffy would be playing second-fiddle if Law fought Doflamingo thsi arc. Plus, it's be a great moment for Law, and those like him, to stand up, breath, and look to the sky as the weight of all Doflamingo's done to him is washed away as he proved himself superior.

I think it's very interesting. Maybe since you probably only like action you find it a bit boring. Me, I think it's great, we have a mix of action with story progression and new characters like the ones in the tournament. So far I'm enjoying it alot.

Exactly, and mostly important we got to see more screen time for Doflamingo which i was wanting to since the sky pea arc.

Well I agree with you all that the arc is good so far. I really like that we are getting a lot of information about the mysteries that are intertwined in the story of OP. And while I do like the fights the story is just as or even more important to me. The Law, Dolf, and Fujitora fight was set up and looked to be amazing but they couldn't show all of Dolf and Fujitoras cards just yet so it was tease. And that doesn't bother me to much but like I said the Pacing is just a bit slow for me. Like I said this arc is good but I don't want to be stuck with for 8 months like I feel it will take to tell it.

I guess people are finding it boring because Oda has been taking a lot of breaks lately due to which even if the last chapter builds up some excitement by the time the next chapter releases all the excitement is gone and if in case it is a OK chapter the general view is that its boring.
