If you mean remove Naruto's kyuubi and keep Sasuke's sharingan... then no, he can't. Uchihas are busted... That's why so much of this story's logic went out the window.

no dude. sasuke was not given a chance to awaken his own powers. it was never stated that he cant awaken on his own. he simply did not want to do things his brother's ways.(kill naruto)
