Question about Naruto and Sasuke

Would Naruto be able to beat Sasuke without using Kurama.
if so, then i take back what i said about Kishi.
if not, does that mean that Naruto has not development in terms of his own personal strength.
i dont think it would be a fair fight against sasuke if naruto fought him bcoz he basically has 2 chakra sources and Sasuke has one. honestly that means he has not develop.
m not a Sasuke nor a Naruto fan. m just wondering wats the rythm of the story.

U can't change the story line just by sayng that Sasuke is usng Itachi's Eye's & The source of Naruto as well as Sasuke's power is Juubi so there is no need to feel like that.....

SM Naruto is as strong as MS Sasuke ....

In the end of Chapter 570, their chakra fusing was explicitly shown. OT: If he really wasn't develop, then it would be pointless for Orochimaru, Tobirama, Madara, and Kakashi to note his potential. This is just my opinion, however.

Are you saying the eyes have same influence as kyuubi chakra? give me a break that is not debatable. u knw it aint fair. besides sharingan is something uchihas are born with, sharingan is not another living enctity like the kyuubi. Can naruto beat Sasuke without kyuubi?

Sasuke EMS>Naruto w/o Kyuubi chakra
Sasuke w/o EMS<Naruto w/o Kyuubi chakra
