Miley actually is more attractive as she's gotten older, but she just does too much. Shame to see her have talent and present herself a way she really shouldn't be. Nevertheless, this is who she is and she's comfortable being her and not caring what other people think. She'll still have friends, money, etc... regardless. Oh, not to mention she'll stay relevant just because TMZ and everyone else in the world are always bringing her name up.

I still love Miley Cyrus! Her VMA performance was difficult to watch but she's doing all of this for the publicity haha just in case you couldn't figure that out for yourselves. I mean she's currently #1 on Billboard, #1 on iTunes, #1 on Spotify, #1 on Streaming, #1 on Digital songs, #1 most added to pop radio, and #1 on VEVO. So she must be doing something right
