FYI Yata mirror blocks Kamui as kamui is a space/time ninjutsu and space/time ninjutsu is astral thus Yata blocks the astral.

Amaterasu spam would kill Kabuto and Kabuto knew this which is why he constantly reminded them they could not kill him.

There's many people who could, the only problem is if they made even one error then Plotska Blade to the face and Itachi wins. So Itachi could defeat them but they also could win. Goes either way really.
