I admitted that kisame can't beat hashirama while tobirama is slightly better while minato is somehow overrated hence his speed .

Now in a minute you'll post that deidara is hokage level cuz he beaten kazekage once. C'mon man how come kisame can beat tsunade or hiruzen or minato or any hokage. They are not piece of cake that any1 can come and have a bite. If you don't believe me let me state some facts :-
1. With Hashirama, everyone knows he is no match for him and there is no need to explain it
2. Tobirama, his water style is surpassed by no one No one
3. Hiruzen, his earth and fire style alongwith Enko Enma he is way to stronger than kisame
4. Minato, his speed is way more than kisame can handle
5. Tsunade, her Milotic regeneration with superb strength kisame is like _@:

So, i don't think kisame is hokage level. I'm not criticising him i'm just stating the facts

The manga only shoed that Kisame captured Roshi and Kisame saying it was a trouble to do that so how did you arrive to it being an easy task for him?

I'm not sure why did you mentioned Sasuke but I'll bite anyway and say that current Sasuke can do that mid-difficulty at most.

As i said, you quit underestimating Minato after all, he's the only who can beat MS Obito and controlled Kurama so easily. His jutsus and skills are of a different level than the others. BTW, he doesn't have any kekkei genkai or dojutsu but he has shown his talentful skills and style and even managed to invented Rasengan by seeing tbb once. I know what you mean but it takes a lot of time to confirm Kisame>Minato however as for now most people would state Minato > Kisame....
Minato was able to think how to teleport that huge tree away and Tobirama couldn't even find a solution, there you go.

Minato's intelligence, counter strategies sealing techs are on a whole different lvl that makes him the worst opponent for almost everyone in a 1 vs 1 battle. You have to be either Hashirama, Madara or current Obito to vote however as for others it seems Minato won't lose so easily.

Minatos too smart for him IMO and I don't think Kisame could do much against ftg, plus minatos toad summons would help him stand on equal footing. Kisame would lose against minato but it would be close.
I can't see him taking tobirama considering he has equal or greater suiton than Kisame and ftg which I just don't think Kisame would handle very well.
No way could he take hashirama.
