To start off i reach into my pouche and get a hold of 3 kunai, infusing them with wind chakra I toss them towards you in a triangle fashion; 1 above the other 2, while they are on the left and right side respectively.
I then fire a single large dragon shaped fireball towards you, behind the wind kunais.

In order to not remain a stationary I begin moving towards you, in an arc motion from my right (your left) side. As i do so, I stomp the ground. By doing so, it causes fragments of earth and rock to rise up from the ground like protruding rock formations to then deal blunt force damage to you and raising you up into the air.

Minato watches across the field as his opponent draws and throws 3 kunai, clearly infused with wind due to the hue around them.
As he does so Minato devises a cunning plan, drawing three of his own unique S/T kunai with his left hand he throws them towards the opponents kunai but in a slightly wider triangle, so that when each kunai hits they hit side on, forcing the opponents kunai in to a closer triangle, while Minato's would seperate, this causes two of the S/T kunai to lodge in the ground in short range of the opponent now, between him and Minato and the third to fly high in to the air dropping down directly on to the opponent from above.

Minato continues to keep his eyes trained, seeing the target begin to move to the side as his kunai collide, with his own kunai's triangle becoming non existent due to the angled barrage all three collide together in a thunk of steel, dropping to the ground harmlessly as the fire closes in.
Minato opens his mouth making a single handseal as the fire has almost reached him, activating one of his unique fuuin seals and literally eating the fire.

(Fuuin: Metsuryū Mahō) - Sealing art: Dragon Slayer Magic

Description: Before the battle the user will have places 5 basic seals in their mouth/throat in preparation. Each of these seals will represent one of the 5 basic elements. In battle, when the user is about to be hit by one of the the 5 basic elements they will perform one handseal activating one of the chosen seals in their mouth as they breath in. In doing so, the element of the seal they activated will be sucking in and sealed into the seal in the users mouth. Much like how Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu. After having sealed the element, the user can then perform one handseal releasing that element from their mouth back at their opponent, in the form of a blast of that chosen element with no shape to it. An exampe of this jutsu would be if the opponent use a B rank fireball, just when it's about to hit the user, he will perform one handseal, activating the seal as he breathes in, as he does, the fireball will be sealed into the seal in the users mouth, without hurting the user. The user could then perform another handseal releasing the fireb back at the opponent as one big blast, the fireball would still be B rank. When the seal is activated, a mass of chakra is released out of the users mouth at high speed, similar to when jiraiya sealed amaterasu in a scroll, but faster. The element would be drawn into this chakra and sealed into the seal in the users mouth.

Note: Each seal can only be used once per battle.

With the fire absorbed harmlessly Minato watches as his opponent raises his foot, stamping on the ground, finally stopping allows Minato to attack him in a flurry of speed untrackable to the opponent, surging chakra through his body Minato launches forwards, drawing two more S/T kunai as he does, reaching the opponent in a heartbeat he flicks both S/T kunai to the left and right just past the opponent while dropping back and delivering a devestating kick under the mans chin.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi) Flicker Evasion

Description:
A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times.

(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind

My eyes widen open as you suddenly move and appear almost isntantly, crouching with your arm placed against the ground. Despite the speed in which you moved at me, the kick and the dropping body are not of something i cannot track, specially not with my impressive dexterity.
As your foot stretches towards my chin, I rapidly release chakra and manipulate my bone structure to release several bones from my chest; happening in a slight moment before your foot actually touches my shin. The first bone spike released is at such angle that your eyesight (on the possition you're currently in) cannot see it, thus, being unaware of it, atleast untill it stabs into the back of your leg. Followed by a few others that do the same, but to diferent angles. Completely rendering your right leg useless.


(Karamatsu no Mai) - Dance of the Larch

This technique is a great surprise attack and it makes the user basically untouchable at close range. When an opponent is close to the user, they spin very fast, rapidly slashing the foe in multiple areas of their body.
As soon as it's done, I retract my bones and leap backwards a few feet, in a split second, i stretch my right arm forward; In the process, several large snakes slither out of my sleeve and bolt towards you from diverse angles and wrap around you before biting you. As you're busy with the snakes, I continue by tossing 1 wind infused kunai and another explosive tagged kunai towards you.

(Senei Ta Jashu) - Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands

Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. Assuring your capture in my mind, suddenly you dissappear again, although a bit faster than before, this time, not even a blur could be seen. In a split second of commotion i turn my head to my sides, with my left eye's periphelical vision i see something brigth and fast nearing my back, so out of pure instinct, my body (my entire middle section with the exception of my right rib area) turns into water and has the technique pass through the created hole of water. Something like [Any problems vm me or ask a mod/sensei]

Reforming my mid section i turn around while leaping backwards and release finger tip bullet bones towards you from my left hand, followed by waving 3 hand seals and placing you under an illusion. This Genjutsu affects your sense of touch and sight, by causing unbearable pain. 'He must've teleported to the kunai he had tossed before, since it's now in his hand' - i kept thinking.

Traping you in a world where literally everything is made out of glass, that breaks down in sharp glass spikes with the slightest move, even by breathing. So if you while in the genjutsu breath, it would feel if glass was piercing your lungs over and over again, even if you blink, it would feel like there are small pieces of glasses stuck within your eyes. If you would take a step, it would feel like your leg was pierced and so on.

Description: This Genjutsu affects the opponent by attacking their sense of touch and sight, by causing unbearable pain. The user will perform three hand seals (Dragon → Horse → Tiger), and then channel their chakra into their opponent’s nervous system, taking control of their senses. This jutsu then traps the opponent in a world where literally everything is made out of glass, that breaks down in sharp glass spikes with the slightest move, even by breathing. So if the victim trapped in the genjutsu would breath, it would feel if glass was piercing their lungs over and over again, even if the victim would blink, it would feel like there are small pieces of glasses stuck within the victims eyes. If they would take a step, it would feel like their leg was pierced and so on. This jutsu has been known to be extremely painful, if the victim does not break out of this technique within one turn, then he or she will pass out due to the constant pain.

an S rank fire/lightning beam, regardless of range but especially at point blank like this, would evaporate the water you turn yourself into, killing you as their is nothing for your torso to reform from.
