I was just comparing levels of both Naruto and Sasuke and I stuck up at one and only one thing Amaterasu, only because it is only tech of Itachi that sasuke has shown. We all know naruto can not counter that...
We all know Sasuke has Amaterasu.
Which is the only thing that Naruto can not counter. But when I was luking at other forums, I found this interesting theory which talks on Itachis gift to Naruto. I know there is one more theory on same topic and facts/proofs in it can not be rejected. I am posting this theory only for it being a interesting read. I have no intention to start battle of threads...

This is a theory on Itachi's gift for Naruto. My deduction takes a relatively long time but it's quite solid. I hope you enjoy reading.
The page that I am reffering to is this one:
I started researching on crows which are
Before I start getting into the real mythology you should know that Amaterasu means "Sungoddess" which is why this jutsu presents itself as a
So far so good but I should probably start applying this to the manga.
I think I'll start like this. The Nichirin (sun disk) should remind you of something that we've seen before. Right, it symbolizes the rasengan. You can also see an eye on palm. Kishimoto actually shows us something very similar in the manga:
Here we have the "eye" on Naruto's palm because Itachi forces Naruto to this hallucination in a genjutsu. Gaara used to see things the wrong way around. His eyesight was cured by Naruto (As in my first quote).
So this genjutsu is actually a methaphore for this picture. Samjoko is known for healing people's eyesight. Kishimot had Itachi (Samjoko) project Gaara's eye (which was healed) onto Naruto's hand. (The hand which carries the sun disk.)
There are more fascinating things that are presented to us in this arc. We get to see the Oodama Rasengan a monstrous jutsu.
This picture can be interpreted in many way. But as I explained above, Itachi symbolizes Samjoko in this case. Naruto bombards Itachi with the Rasengan. Can you see how the jutsu literally encircles Itachi?
This is, once again, a methaphore for the first picture. We have Naruto who is using the Rasengan (sundisk) on Itachi (Samjoko). As we see in the first picture, we have Samjoko in the Sundisk with the
So, I believe that Itachi gave Naruto Samjoko.
To make my point I'll simply turn the painting around in it's meaning for the manga. The hand's eye conjures the Sundisk which encloses Samjoko. The eye would be the Sharingan, the Sundisk would be Amaterasu and Naruto would be Samjoko. Since Samjoko inhabits the sun, it isn't hurt by Amaterasu.
Now that I've cleared what I mean, I want to explain the first mangapage I posted:
Itachi thinks that
During their discussion Itachi find out that
As I showed you in the second Japanese picture Samjoko stands between the dragon and the pheonix. Itachi will settle Naruto's and Sasuke's argument.
I think it's possible that Itachi's Samjoko may turn out to be the technique which Madara used to survive Amaterasu proving that nothing escaped Itachi's eyes. But I don't want to exclued anything.
There are some more things that I would like to introduce but I think this is the gist of the theory. I will once again say I have posted this theory, because I think this is more relevant to manga and as per level of both Sasuke and Naruto. I have not posted this theory as a counter to Chakra-san's theory...
Anyways, discuss.
We all know Sasuke has Amaterasu.

The question that remains is what kind of power Itachi gave Naruto and why Kishi decided to masquerade it in form of a crow. Most people will agree that Kishi chose the crow because of a mythological refference which on its behalf is again connected to how the crow will present itself.Originally Posted by Itachi

In this last pictures I'm thinking in symbols. Naruto represents the dragon (Just go with me here and ask me later) and Sasuke represents the pheonix (Uchiha shrine). Itachi's obviously the crow.In this picture Samjoko, the three legged crow / bird is being flanked by a dragon and a pheonix. Samjoko is a symbol of power beyond even that of dragons and pheonixes. This creature is said to represent / inhabit the sun.

Itachi hopes that Naruto will never have to use his gift which indicates that this present contradicts with Itachi's hopes and will. Itachi only cares about two things: Sasuke and Konoha. This is what I believe.I tansferred some of my power to you. I hope you never have to use it.
