Well the thing is , that tskyomi, amatersu, and susanoo are 3 siblings, then it makes perfect sense that they are a requirement.

Correct. There is the whole mythology logic as well. Not only that, Itachi specifically talked about the sun becoming the moon for Susano'o. One cannot completely disregard his statement.
