So are Amateratsu and Tskyuomi requried for Susano'o?

I'm want to see what people have to say about this, me personally, I say no.

Sauske clearly stated in the manga that Susano'o requries two MS, and Cee said that Sauske casts Amateratsu with his left eye and controls it with the other. Also Sauske has never shown using tskyuomi, he is always doing Sharingan Genjutsu and he has had multiple times where he could of done it. Madara hasn't used tskyuomi or amateratsu either.

Oh god here we go...i dont think so before sasuke got ems i didnt thinl he has tsukuyomi cus he spams the hell out of tsukuyomi...sasuke would use tsukuyomi not sharigan genjutsu itachi used both sasuke shouldve but he didn't he used regular sharigan genjutsu

^^^this. . they say that because of wiki which can be edited by anyone. . even i used to believe that. . but once someone said it i stopped reading it. .and also there is manga which never said you need both tsuk. and ama to awaken susano'o. . itachi said he got one more power along with ama and tsuk. when he awakened MS . .people get confused by that statement a lot

That was Tskuyuomi, just because he didn't say it, doesn't mean it wasn't the jutsu. He doesn't say Amaterasu every time he uses it so....

And how about you provide the manga scan where Madara says he does not posess those techs?

The manga says both techniques are needed for Susano'o, until I see otherwise, i'm agreeing with the manga.

this is misconception of Sasuke's statement. the way you interpreted it is wrong. This is the truth:

I think people should analyze the scan carefully and try to come up with the correct conclusion. The scan i posted is a VIZ of course so there should be no mistake since VIZ is the most accurate translation you will ever find.

Sasuke of course says that only people who have awakened 2 MS (Mangekyou Sharingan) can achieve the 3rd power which is Susanoo.

Now to analyze it carefully, we need to look at the words and read them more than once, then we have to pick the key words. What are the Key words in Sasuke's statement:

1- 2 MS in both eyes
2- Third Power

This is the biggest mistake people make when it comes to this, they tend to take 1 words and forget about the others which leads to this misunderstanding. But i guess its about time a solve this misconception once and for all.

Notes: Every MS user has a different power but right now, we're talking about Susanoo.

Susanoo has stated to be the 3rd power of the Mangekyou Sharingan by Sasuke and Itachi's statement as well as the DataBook. Okay so if Susanoo is the 3rd power then that means there must be 2 powers for you to awaken in order to access to the 3rd power which is susnaoo. So what are the 2 powers you have to awaken in order to achieve susanoo? Tsukuyomi and Amatersu.

3rd Power = Susanoo > 2 Powers Must Be Achieved In Order To Access To The 3rd Power > MS In Both Eyes > Tsukuyomi + Amatersu.

That is what Sasuke has really meant in that statement. It is basic logic that if you have 3rd power then that means, you must have achieved 2 so you can use the 3rd one.

Now people are gonna ask me, how i knew that amatersu and tsukuyomi needed for susanoo. Well thanks to Itachi and the DataBook explainning that Susanoo = Amatersu + Tsukuyomi:

^^ there. Manga proof and Databook (which is written by kishi) have said it and with the help of Sasuke's statement that i have analyzed just right now is now 100% that susanoo does indeed require tsukuyomi and amatersu.

Before people go, sasuke hasn't used tsukuyomi, well he has against Killer Bee. Madara already has 1 for the eye moon plan which requires tsukuyomi and he has amatersu to use susanoo.
