Why Danzo not in people Top Tens?

Only reason shishu couldn't use KA on danzo was cause his sensor body guard probably figured it out

People don't count rigged jutsu of such caliber; other wise the top ten would be consisting of Edo Tensei User's, Danzo, and Shisui.

Can't the Sannin beat him? to be in the top ten you have to be able to defeat them, alone.
Hanzo doesn't count.

Danzo is pretty weak.

Even with over 10 Sharingan and Hashirama's cells he was basically fodderized by Sasuke. Only hitting him 2 times throughout the fight. Even with Shisui's eye he can only use it once without having to have break time from it. Not to mention his Wind Style jutsu while effective for gaining ground in the terrain didn't help much in his fighting.

Well technically you can't take away a ninja abilities then evaluate others. Seems unfair

People usually don't include SO6P in their TOP10's because they think that it's quite obvious that he'll be up there.
People don't include Danzo because it's even more obvious than that.

Meh, in a technical list you shouldn't. But then again you'd have to add such characters such as Current Obito, The Sage, ETC. There's no point in adding in characters, or taking into account abilities that are just over powered and throwing them in the list. It's self evident and should be silently acknowledged that these characters are far too broken and universally people know they are shinobi with unmatched abilities.

Not really; He's a good match for most of his fellow Kage and is top twenty-twenty five. By top ten? Most people are either weak or unable to stand up to anyone above the seventh position. So yes, by top ten he is not a match. Other shinobi? He's a mid Kage ranked root member dude. Don't go under estimating him

True but it's funny since people always bring up the troll fight of sasuke vs Danzo,,, regular danzo with KA would have made sasuke fight Obito during that fight lol

that's right :] that was just story time.. plus they were tired from war .. on his terrain . they traveled , he didn't. :]
