There's no proof Kirby can be defeated. He consumes everything. Father and Pride may not make it but Truth was literally god. The doctor was more a jokey addition but honestly, he's fought stronger. The point is e always figures out a way.

Primus would be annihilated by everyone in this list. He isn't omnipotent. He's overpowered in the TFV but in fiction he doesn't rate against the listed characters.

Having the power of the universe and every lifeform inside the universe: he is omnipotent.
People died from looking at Hao when he had the great spirit. He resurrected all he had killed , he (from what we've seen) is pretty much invincible.

I was referring to Kami Tenchi. Hence I listed him as Kami Tenchi. Not Tenchi Masaki.

Doctor Manhattan is definitely top 10 in DC. I never really read DC BUT from all the DC characters I know of he's #1.

No, shaman god is not omni, there are many people with those same feats. For an omnipotent you need some omniversal feats.

Also, the living tribunal and beyonder are just extremely high nigh-omnis. Marvel's only omni is toaa

Abilities: Very high nigh-omnipotent the point of where he was thought as omnipotent, judges the entire OMNIVERSE, above time and space, omnipresent, nigh-omniscient, cannot be killed by any means save ToAA
9. Anti-primal monitor (DC)
Abilities: Very high nigh-omnipotent, barely anything known about him but his forces are so close to infinite it is insane, can likely will himself into omnipresence
10. Super/Ultra Sonic (Archie Sonic)
AbilitieS: Very high nigh-omnipotent, over every force in the archie sonic verse which has multiversals and several deities called omnipotent (but are not), virtually invincible and indestructible, infinite times faster than light but can become omnipresent, absolute time space manipulation on high dimensional to multiversal scales
