NOTE: These are characters I know of and have witnessed their powers. There may be others which I am unaware of. If so please notify me (I don't read DC comics so don't expect any on this list)

1.The One Above All (TOAA)
from Marvel comics.

He's basically Marvels interpretation of God/Allah etc.

Powers:
-Omniscience
-Omnipresence
-Omnipotence
-Immortality
Weaknesses:
-Impossible to have a weakness

2.The Beyonder
Also from Marvel comics

The Beyonder was originally a being from an infinite realm beyond the Marvel Multiverse, called the Beyond-realm.

It became self aware and formed a being of immeasurable power.

Powers:
-Omnipotence
-Reality bending
-Flight
-Teleportation
-Healing factor
-Superhuman physicality (e.g. Strength and speed etc. He could lift 1,000,000 tonnes with one hand without any effort required)
Weaknesses:
-No known weaknesses however he was stripped of his power which proves he is not invincible and immortal (unlike TOAA)

3.The Living Tribunal
AGAIN from Marvel comics

The Living Tribunal is a vastly powerful humanoid cosmic entity who has existed as long as the universe itself. Its function is to safeguard the Multiverse .

Powers:
(Virtual refers to possessing the power under set conditions , his power is granted to him by TOAA)
-Virtual omnipotence
-Virtual omniscience
Weaknesses:
-None , however he was defeated by Thanos whom used artificial power.

4.Kami Tenchi

an extremely powerful God of the official Tenchi Muyo! continuity.

Powers:
-Omniscience
-Omnipresence
-Omnipotence
Weaknesses:
-He lacks control over his power. He almost unintentionally destroyed the third dimension when "ascending"

5.Light Yagami (and also any shinigami)
from Death Note

After discovering the Death Note he decides to use it to rid the world of criminals. His killings are eventually labelled by people of Japan as the work of "Kira".

Powers:
-Kill anyone/ anything that he knows the name of (he is required to write out the names)
Weaknesses:
-He's a human ; he has many weaknesses. However going by real life logic it's possible for him to kill the likes of the Beyonder etc. if he is given the time to write down his name.

6.Dr Manhattan (John Osterman)
from The Watchmen

Due to an accident involving a nuclear physics experiment, Dr. Osterman was taken outside the physical realm and returned with god-like powers, including superhuman strength, telekinesis, the ability to teleport himself or others over planetary, and interplanetary distances, control over matter at a subatomic level, near total clairvoyance. Furthermore, he perceives the past, present and future as happening simultaneously, but at least believes that he cannot act on that knowledge since his own actions and reactions to chronological events are apparently predetermined

Powers:
-Perfect manipulation of matter
-Perfect manipulation of physics
-Telekenisis
-Teleportation
-Manipulation of space and time
-All time perception (knows the future , percieves all time tenses at the same time)

Weaknesses:
Due to his all time perception his actions are already pre determined.

7.Pappug

Powers:
-Healing factor
-Perfect Matter manipulation
-Editing of the laws of physics
-Power rejection (no powers work on this badass)
-Fishman Karate (can elevate the entire Ocean into the sky with ease)
-Haoshoku Haki (which works on the likes of Shanks)
-Omniscience
Weaknesses:
-His pervertedness. He loves his mermaids.

8.The great spirit (and the Shaman King)

The Great Spirit is the oldest and most powerful spirit on the planet. It is nothing more than a shapeless mass of trillions of spirits interconnected. All lifeforms no matter how big or small come from and end up back inside it. The power of this spirit is so immense that most normal people cannot even look at it without fainting. Only the Shaman King can touch and control this spirit.

Powers:
-Manipulation of all forms of phenomena
-Immortality
-Virtual Omnipotence
-Virtual Omnipresence
Weaknesses:
-None known. Nobody in the SKV is powerful enough to exploit or discover a weakness.

9.Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

is a transcendent god-like being formed during the final battle with the Anti-Spirals. It is 52.8 billion light years tall according to the official guide book.

Powers:
-Insurmountable "superhuman traits" (It throws galaxies like Shuriken. Suck on that DBZ.)
It never really demonstrated more than complete pwnage
Weaknesses:
-Its size means it is incapable of fighting small opponents such as the humanoids already listed

10.Galactus
from Marvel comics (again)

Sole survivor of the universe existing before the Big Bang, Galactus is perhaps the most feared being in the cosmos. Untold billions of years ago, he was born the humanoid Galan on the planet Taa, a wondrous paradise of scientific and social achievement; however, his universe was in its final stages, with all matter plunging towards a central point via the "Big Crunch", collapsing into a new "Cosmic Egg", a sphere of disorganized, compact primordial matter. Technically there is only one God character which can be classed as immortal. This being TOAA : every other known character is beatable. So i don't see your problem.

If you're omnipotent you can choose to negate and neglect all forms of phenomena including dreams. This makes the sage almost powerless in comparison.

Of course Light and his notebook can't really combat the other things in this list when you put him against the entire world of fiction. Does the Beyonder have a surname? Can you actually write Galactus?

We don't know if "The Beyonder" is an identity or an Alias.
If Kira is distant from him and "The Beyonder" is his genuine identity then he could kill The Beyonder. But in combat terms Kira gets stomped by WWE fighters LOL

You know you're probably going to have that Guardian of the Timeline fool in this thread right? the guy who won't shut up until he's proven that Goku/Bills/generic DBZ character is the strongest anime character and im really not sure if im emotionally ready to deal with that again :')
