Who would be a better Kurama host Naruto or Sasuke

Of course we no that Naruto has come eye to eye with Kurama as of late but that took his whole life the only reason Kurama has become friends with Naruto is because naruto currently look's at him as an equal (that impressed Kurama) for the first time in the past 17 years but Sasuke would he have been a better Host considering he knew love and Hate which would have allowed he and Kurama to communicate often

So from the beginning? Not just right now?

Well Naruto could handle Kurama due to his Uzumaki body, which is a main pro on his part.

Sasuke could use his Sharingan later on to hopefully control the Kyuubi but that'd take awhile before he was that caliber. Not to mention his body and overall capabilities to handle him wouldn't be possible. He doesn't have a strong enough body.
