Shisui>Minato Would you consider this correct?

Well more like would Minato be defenseless against Shisui's genjutsu or would Minato's FTG/w kunai be too much for Shisui to handle? Despite Kabuto's intense speed he was defeated by Izanami? I don't know if Shisui's particular genjutsu works like that. It was said that both Itachi and Shisui were especially gifted with powerful genjutsu. Itachi was able to use genjutsu on Naruto just by him looking at Itachi's finger? I'm curious for what others would have to say?

I think that it could go either way depending who is faster to activate their jutsu plus minato never really fought an uchiha so he might look into his eyes which would end the match the instance shishu activates KA. Also in the manga itachi activated the genjutsu with one finger which means he only requires a finger to activate it not that by looking at his finger you are in genjutsu

By that logic Shisui > Any other shinobi in NV ...there must be a weaknee for that jutsu and no, Shisui is famous for his Shunshin so Minato's Kunai most probably won't work but Iam sure Minato > Shisui

the thing with ka is, its not the most dependable jutsu as shisui only has two shots with it then he has 10 years vefore he can use it again so in a verse match against shisui you can have

shisui with ka> minato (any shinobi)
or
shisui without ka< minato

Welllllll not really. First of, it was used on itachi himself to break free of any control kabuto has over him sibce he was in edo tensei (correct me if im wrong). I was speaking on ka being used in a head to head battle which haan't happened.

well it actually was head to head since it was Naruto vs Itachi :] kinda..
but it was actually supposed to be used on Sasuke with the command "protect konoha" so he would return to the Leaf.

I don't really see how Minato or anyone else without an inherent immunity to that Koto Amatsukami can defeat him. He uses it at the start of the battle then Minato either commits suicide or becomes Shisui's servant for the rest of his life. As long as a single MS is usable, then Shisui>everyone else who doesn't have an immunity to it. The only way the guy can be beaten is if he is sneaked up on or his Mangekyo isn't recharged or his opponent is immune to Koto Amatsukami.
