I think so because naruto defeated kurama just using his own chakra. His own chakra plus kuramas chakra =bijuu mode

Of course! Simple math shows that the Kyuubi + Naruto has more chakra than the Kyuubi on its own.

Also with both of them together, they can use all of Naruto's techniques as well as the Kyuubi's.

Techniques are very important in determining strength. For example, base Naruto at the start of Shippuden, was said to have 4 times the chakra as Kakashi. However Kakashi has techniques such as the Sharingan and MS, as well as 1000 other jutsus which is why he was stronger than Naruto at that point in time.

When deidara and 'tobi' were bringing back the Three tails, Deidara said that It was weak, because it had no host to control its power. So, between a bijuu and its jinchuuriki, a jinchuuriki who can control its power is more powerful. But in Naruto's case, he only has half of Kurama's chakra, so right now he's not more powerful than the real nine tails.

BM of naruto has all of the one half of Kurama's powers tht were sealed in him concentrated in the smaller body of naruto.....so BM of naruto is stronger than the half of kurama that is sealed in him.......but it is not stronger than the kurama that rampaged through konoha because that kurama was complete......if minato seals the half of kurama's chakra which is within him in naruto's body......then naruto's BM would be complete and more powerful than kurama...

Besides, the power is extremely concentrated.
Kurama in human form(if he had one) WOULD defeat Kurama in fox form. It was even stated with Juubito(him being stronger than the Juubi)
