No sweety, that isnt happening to Sakura because one, she should be able to prevent them from doing anything to her chakra system by either controling her chakra causing them to move all around forcing them to retreat, or releasing her seal killing them (because it releases burst of chakra).
And that isn't happening to Katsuyu because she will just split and reform or her acid will kill them upon eating them

Not really. Iron sand is solid and has a fixed shape, and when force going the opposing direction is applied to it, it doesn't lose shape, whereas Shino's bugs do. These bugs tend to go around and swarm the opponent, making them lose sight of shino. If Sakura tries to punch the bugs, she'll simply hit a couple (which can be easily replaced) whilst the rest move on. Actually, I can't recall a time where Sakura has been "fast" at all. Disagree? Manga scan please. She's all about strength. All she can do (and has done for the past years) is punch the ground to create small tremors or just jump and bring her fist down. In battle, Shino is able to make great use of his intelligence, being able to use his analytical, and observational skills to make shrewd decisions with pinpoint reasoning. This will enable him to stay away from her monstrous strength. In addition, if she jumps and brings her fist down, Shino can simply dodge, giving Shino the chance to go for the kill. Shino prevails in battles by systematically staying several steps ahead of the enemy, as well as keeping a good distance away to avoid enemy attacks. Because of this, Shino is fairly confident in his abilities and that he will win a battle. If Sakura (tries something new) and tries to hide, Shino can leave a female bug on the target, which then can be tracked by its scent by the male bug, giving shino the precise location. He can then devise a plan from that. The only way Sakura has a chance is by Summoning the queen of slugs. Even then, she's still at a disadvantage.

Shino can't survive one of those hulk smashes she used against the jubbi's. And Sakura is very fast just not superhuman, and she can't be outsmarted by shino because she is too smart to, the battle against to smart people would be useless so it would have to go in one's favor, Sakura. Sakura should jump really high, the come back down with an added force (thanks to the height) then punch at the area shino's in. Shino wouldn't be able to dodhe that whole area without turning into Rock Lee, he can't tank it. And the slug would be overkill. Katsuyu instantly wins, she doesn't even need to orginal slug.

although your arguement was well put, Sakura would have to be idle for it to work.
Katsuyu see as swarm she spits acid at it, they dispress and try to target Sakura...Sakura punches the ground and the impact blows them away, which should be much more stronger than the sound jutsu thingy.
Sakura gets on top of katsuyu. Shino sends his bugs after her again, Katsuyu acid slimes them, Acid slime is wild and goes in all directions, so it is hitting quite a few possibly Shino if he isn't careful and about the intellect, all the S's in K12 are the brainy ones, so I doubt he can outsmart his without her figuring out his plan. But anyway when Shino sends his bugs to get her she jumps, and then uses that Jubbi killing punch of hers. And how does he or his bugs survive that? They will be blown away he will be a broken shell.
But you did a nice job. But Sakura wins.

The Kikaichu can eat people, Shino displayed his Kidaichu Mushikui a few chapters ago.
Shino is a long range fighter, very intelligent and faster than Sakura.
Sakura is a short range fighter, book-smart and slower than Shino.
All Shino needs to do is keep his distance, lay a few bugs on her and let the aforementioned jutsu take place, the Yin Seal is irrelevant in this scenario as the Kikaichu will eat as much as she can replenish. After all, they've shown the ability to devour the Juubi's mini clone, and the power of that is far more potent.
It's just a bad match up for Sakura as her straightforward fighting style loses against Shino's more complex abilities.

Pretty sure it ate throught the Juubi's little clones, which are made of pure chakra as are all tailed beasts, Not happening on human skin
