Torune is definitely underrated. His insects could kill most ninjas who feel pain (remember, Tobi himself said he doesn't, and he could afford to remove his arm easily, not something many ninjas can do) and aren't immune to the poison, and it was stated that only Torune himself and Shikuro were immune. So with no intel he's very dangerous. Of course, him taking off his gloves (or shirt) and turning purple isn't subtle, but against Tobi he had no choice since there was literally nowhere to hide on that pillar.

Well we only know Hiruzen and Asume, so I didn't included them. But by feats they are still weaker then the whole aburame clan.
