Lol at u. Armless, jutsuless Oro survived tons of punches Tsunade threw at him. She had to resort to a jutsu that shortens her lifespan to survive.
Now it's healthy Oro with Zetsu jutsu. She may be stronger but Oro shits on her in every other field.

Ok, agreed. But, once or not, her punch did 0 damage to Oro. Literally. He just had a little piece of his facial skin ripped off. And you want her to kill him? HER POINT BLANK, STRAIGHT-TO-JAW PUNCH DID NOTHING.

He could manipulate it while fighting himself and cut her head off from the blind spot. It's like 2vs1, where 1 means Tsunade.
And why he retreaded? He retreaded because he had 0 reasons to stay there. It was Tsunade who started chasing him, yet it was her who ended up shortening her lifespan while almost dying from wounds and who got laughed at by Oro in the end.

also Byakugou no jutsu =/= Creation Rebirth

But do you have any proof that Orochimaru can't control Tobirama??? I think not.

Therefore we should assume that he can, cause after all, that is indeed very likely if he is able to completely stop Tobirama when he's trying his fullest to move.

Also yes Byakugou is not the same thing as Creation Rebirth that was my whole point. But they're very similar, therefore I though that if Creation Rebirth was restriction Byakugou was most likely restricted as well. Cause afterall why would she even use Creation Rebirth if Byakugou isn't restricted??? Seems stupid if you ask me.
