Which fodder wins and why?
imo Tsunade takes round3 and round2, round1 and round4 can go either way

imo without edo tensei Tsunade has a good chance
as we've already seen it in part1 Oro wasn't able to use oral rebirth after Tsunade's punch and Byakugou should be able to deal with featless Yamata

If Tsunade, with a single punch, can force Orochimaru to use the oral rebirth she should win it. The OR requires more chakra then Tsunade's strength or Byakugou.

WTF?? From what we've seen the only one he can't control is Hashirama.

In other words battle number 4 is a stomp. Oro summons Tobirama to solo.

In any case the only one is see Tsunade winning is number 2. Without any summons I don't see Orochimaru doing much harm to Tsuande and since Byakugou isn't restricted, what little damage she takes will be healed instantly.

The rest is see her lose though. Number 1 and 3 both restrict Byakugou, which is ridiculously important for her fighting style to work. And without that I don't see her beating a shinobi of Orochimarus level even if Oro also has a few restrictions.

BTW. I assumed Creation Rebirth restricted meant Byakugou restricted as well since it's pretty much just a stronger version of the same jutsu. If not Tsuande can take number 3 as well.

why was ha unable to counter a punch if his jutsus are so OP and why couldn't he heal from the damage?

he was clearly outclassed this is why he had to retreat and don't say it was 4on2 Shizune and Naruto were non-factors

Tsunade beats him in taijutsu, stamina and strength. Their speed ( by feats and not by databook ! ) is somewhat equal. Their intelligene is also equal.
Orochimaru beats her in ninjutsu versatility and genjutsu.

In terms of overall combat prowess they are kinda equals.

I think you should read the manga isntead of watching the anime because that's not what really happened. Tsunade punched him only ONCE.
