In his Djinn form he is capable of floating , he is also able to disperse into "room temperature" flames , these flames grant him his healing factor which only takes effect in this form. He is about three times his height (6 ft normally) in his Djinn form and is much faster and more capable of landing powerful blows.

His Djinn devil fruit also grants him the power of "wishes". To make it less OP he is limited to three "wishes" per day. These "wishes" are actually three different types (limited to one per type per day)
Wish 1: A wish which can reverse damage upon himself ; this allows him to escape death etc.
Wish 2: The wish to swap places with somebody else ; again this allows him to evade attacks etc.
Wish 3: Change Fuyo's sword into whatever he desires.
Weapons & Equipment: A lamp which he can use to amplify his Djinn form and a Sword (depicted below in his Djinn pic)

Also the Impel down thing is still going , X (WG official) just got onto your ship , we need Juana Maaki to continue with Impel down though)
