[Edit] God Tree ignores Sasuke and Jugo!

Could be that Sasuke jutsu in Manga645 was a shield of some kind to be undetected by it and sines Jugo is next to Him it shields Him too. I say this because theoretically it should have gone after Sasuke too. Unless Sasuke is too under power to be considered a threat.

then look to the left of sasuke, there are 3 ''fodders'' untouched, and also behind juugo

Everyone was attacked. We didn't see Sakura get attacked by the tree yet that doesn't mean she wasn't as katsuya asked if she was alright. It's safe to say everyone who had chakra was attacked.

Is it possible that they were left alone because Orochimaru had given them both curse marks? I know Sasuke's was purged during his battle with Itachi, but maybe the tree could sense that there was something different about their chakra because of it.

it may be true that sasuke may have a thing making the tree to avoid it ! which will be a key for sasuke to have the spotlight in the next chapters when orichimaru came back !!! at least to be as powerfull as naruto as kishi always doing

I thought it was clear that they had been pursued by the tree but it simply wasn't shown. There was a lot of panels dedicated to people being followed by the tree, so I thought it was obvious they were followed too but were not shown being pursued because it wouldn't have done anything more to add to the situation.

The tree was only killing people because it was still growing. Everyone that was getting attacked was too close to it. Sasuke and Jugo were out of range. Then it stopped growing before it reached them, Jugo even says "it stopped". You can see a bunch of people standing behind them and they are perfectly fine.

I second this. Maybe the God Tree was just growing and snatch a few people while he's at it, not intentionally reaching out far and grabbing people. Naruto and Minato wasn't standing right next to Sasuke, they were a little up front when they were charging their bijuu damas. The God Tree attacks stopped pretty close to Sasuke and Juugo.
