Is there a reason to train shinobis anymore?

Since ninjas are so irrelevant now compared to the elite tier guys is there any reason for villages to still raise armies? The difference between a shinobi and a regular civilian is less than the difference between the top ninjas and the shinobis(including jounins).

I mean back in part 1, even top ninjas like Kakashi, Kabuto, etc could not fight off an entire army like they are absolutely nothing. So having a big army mattered since you could overcome good ninjas with bigger numbers. Currently there are guys who can beat two kages, a jin clone, and an entire army without even trying. That kind of makes your average ninja obsolete. Even jounins are pretty much nothing now.

In fact the konoha 11 solo's half the other shinobi we have ever seen.

Naruto gives all team 7 kyuubi cloak = Kakashi can use his kamui even more than normally he does, and his speed will increase.

I don't really think there will be wars anymore, There used to be a balance of power of some level between villages. Now there are ninjas who can potentially solo the NV, especially once the current villains are killed off. Its just pointless now to have a military system in place because its like training pebble throwers when one nation has a fleet of apache helicopters and abrams tanks.
