İt is like saying "people should not work on physics because guys like Stephen Hawking or Einstein solos everyone when it comes to inventing and genius in such field"
Sure, compared to top 10; anyone looks weak.
But as you remember in part 1; even passing chuunin exams is something. (So, compared to majority; more than half of k11 guys are better than decent)
And being a ninja is not about being op neither everyone is seeking for that goal.
Kakashi and Gai are weaker than Naruto; yet they aided and saved him multiple times when they were fighting Tobi.
