Why is Hidan so hated?

Why does everyone hate Hidan?
He's so underestimated..

If he gets your blood. you die.

His taijutsu had KAKASHI THE SHARINGAN WARRIOR in defensive.

He is the 'slowest member of the akatsuki, that's his attack speed, not dodging ect, yet he was still kicking Kakashi's ass...

He solo'd the 2 tails in complete Bijuu transformation...

His genjutsu is ranked at 4 in the data books, so he's obviously got some genjutsu..

He cannot be crippled, the only way to stop him is to cut off his head ( THIS WORKS ON EVERYONE )

His dexterity is AMAZING, being able to dodge a massive fireball at POINT blank range, and dodging Shikamarus attack by utilizing his scythe.

He doesn't seem to wear out at all, so he can keep going, and going, and going for as long as it takes you to chop his head off ( If Kakazu isn't there ) or untill he either-

A) Gets your blood
B) Spears you with little spear thingys
C) Chops you in half with his scythe.


he is IMMORTAL.


He's not the idiot you all seem to think he is, nor is he so easy to kill.

He's got to be one of the best taijutsu users, he was evading Asuma AND Shikamaru at the same time and still throwing down attacks.

Agreed, don't know why people say he is terrible. His fighting style is unique, and very deadly. I guess it's just because Shikamaru beat him that this title was placed upon him.

What did you expect? He basically has no jutsu and he isn't really smart. That's why he is underrated honestly. I personally don't really underrate him and I like his fighting style. He is in my top 10 faves (6th or 7th fave..)​

He has to have some genjutsu, since he has 4 in the data books.
He MUST have other jutsu, as he was a shinboi before he became immortal.

He puts you in a genjutsu, draws circle, game.
Throws his scythe at you, chases you with it ( HE CAN DO THAT ) whilst he is drawing it, game.

Intel plays a big part in his fighting style, if the opponent knows about his ritual his chances of winning drop significantly (assuming he isn't fighting a genin or a fodder).

Immortal/instant kill jutsu 100%/ Super taijutsu ( Better than sharingan Kakashi )/ Genjutsu/ LAUGHS at pain.

He can just Genjutsu to instant kill anyone who can't break out of genjutsu.
Otherwise he pushes them back and stays on a tight offensive with taijutsu ( VERY underestimated taijutsu, on par with GUY ( no gates )
Plays dead and then stabs you in the face and laughs.

He's at mid/high kage level.

Lacks firepower? He has a massive scythe that he can chase people with.

unless you happen to be 8 gates or SM/BM you're not going to out taijutsu him, he was pushing back kakashi.

I know that. He can basically tank an attack that would kill a normal person and then he could just play dead. When his enemy turns around and begins to walk away, he can suddenly attack and kill that enemy. His immortality is underrated AF. Even if he can't get blood from some people, he can still outlast them.

It's also not really easy to figure out his fighting style. It's true that Shikamaru figured it out, but at that time, Asuma was already under his curse so basically to figure out his fighting style, you would need to sacrifice a comrade.​
