Who is Danzo's Source

The knowledge that tobi is madara is not well known news. Many characters in the Manga have thought it eg.Jiraya. but none of them could be sure however in the latest manga, Danzo says his source is sure.

now to me that only lends a few people as his source and all of these are akatsuki

remember the previous manga where kakasi, yamato , sai and naruto were talking about some stuff and that naruto told that the 4th was mentioning someone with a mask behind it and then kakashi came with it that he saw a sharingan and most proberly is Uchiha Madara and told Sai to report it to Danzo.

the "I" in that probably reffered to Itachi himself


I personaly think it's Sai, Sai was meant to report Naruto's movements however Danzo might have thought it weird if Naruto just stayed still.
He couldn't write that Naruto stayed still or that he escaped so he wrote about Madara's connection to Akatsuki because its believable and relevant.

It must b when Sai delivered the msg to DAnzo through his bird.. that's y Danzo says "he doesn't understand y he is alive but his source is certain".. he prob got to knw jus b4 the summit started.. he's just tryin to show his worth in the meeting.. taking advantage of the situation.. playing the right cards at the right time

danzo didn't knew about madara back then, it was only itachi threatening danzo about telling the truth, itachi never mentioned about madara to them..

so the only possibility is that when kakashi and his group talked about madara and kakashi asked sai to report this to danzo, that shud be the only way danzo ever could know about madara could be the leader.. because the 4th hokage told naruto a man with a mask was pulling the strings, kakashi saw that man with mask aka tobi with sharingan, and the only missing nin uchiha left was madara as he said..
still unbelivable for almost everyone that he still is alive..
