Mei Terumi the strongest of the gokage?

What? When have things escalated to this. You can debate her up against Tsunade that is fine. But this is getting out of hand.

Who else can mei hope to beat out of the lot, dare i open up the ranks to out of all kage.

IMO mei is fighting in the lower kage tier with the people who are in it, it doesn't matter who you think she can beat in that tier because she isn't moving out of it and she probably will never.

Is mei number one of the gokage?

MEi and Gaara are the likeliest Candidates for top spot among gokage.

Mei comfortably beats tsunade. Takes Ay high diff based on situation. And can take out onoki with moderate difficulty.

Only gokage Mei definitely can't beat is gaara.
Tsunade? She can only take Ay High diff, and maybe Gaara depending on the scenario.

YEs And i answer you stating she's the strongest and you say this thread isn't about the weakest kage when clearly most people, including you, think she's the weakest. You even state

That bullshit. Lul. Yea, ok, someone with 2 KKG will be the weakest kage in the manga. Go tell that to oonoki and his 1 KKG, or Hashirama and his 1 KKG, or 3rd Kazekage, or even kimimaro and Madara and their 1 KKG. Anyone who thinks someone with a KKG is bottom tier is just plain out kidding themselves. :| This manga is all about gifted individuals, and mei so happens to be one of the most gifted individuals out there... Not that I'm saying she can beat all KAge, or even the likes of the previous 4 Hokage, seeing as Few to No other Kage can even match the hokage :|

I said you can debate it not that she is the weakest. But she is definitely not the strongest. End of story.
