Seems to be a literal pandora's box... (ok maybe not literal, but damn it if it's not similar.) Isn't it stated that the juubi is the progenetor of all sadness and despair in the world? And yet it's also said to be emotionless and Nature incarnate.
Plot necessitates the juubi's full revival, but plot also requires new elements to be added rather than rehashed. I doubt Obito will have yet another internal struggle with the juubi and it's psyche, although i have no idea what could possibly happen or what Madara's trump card could possible be.
I'm very interested in whether the Sage meant what he said about the Juubi's revival hypothetically, as in "should the juubi be revived, it would signal the end of the world" or if he meant it literally, as in "When the juubi is revived, it will signal the end of the world." Did he theorize the juubi's revival, or did he foresee it?
