Not naruto. Anyone could figure out what naruto did with all the intel he got... He had intel on his father's jutsu(something shikamaru and no one else in SA knew apart from him and sasuke weeding it down to only him, sasuke and minato possibly figuring out his strategy), he had intel on knowing he spread out BM chakra to entire SA(something minato and sasuke didn't know but SA did), he also had intel from kurama telling him whatever he did.
Basically, the only reason naruto was the only one to think up that strategy, was because he was the only one with 2/2 of the most vital information needed to formulate it. SA/Minato and sasuke were missing part of the information required.
The same case could be made against 3rd raikage as he got intel that rubber guy didn't have...
Basically, Naruto's still the same idiot, he just gets intel no one else has making it seem like he's smarter than he should be... the assistance he also gets(intelligence wise) from kurama also helps.
Tl;dr; it's still the same people being the smartest. Shikamaru, shino, sakura, sasuke, neji ... naruto.
EDIT: For once, i'm not really trying to bash naruto. I'm just saying he's still one of the, if not the least, most intelligent people in K12. If each of K12 have to be given the exact same intel in any given battle, naruto would most likely be the last one to figure out a strategy... though this is a bit remedied by kurama's presense giving him a smarter entity to feed him potentially useful strategies.
Then he was not being attentive to detail when Minato used FTG. Naruto caught on, why didn't Shikamaru? What about the senjutsu? Did Naruto just outsmart Shikamaru?
Stupid people like this is why naruto seems smarter now than he really is.
When did shikamaru or any of KA get the info that "Minato can teleport anything his chakra touches"? They never got that intel. The were no where near when minato told this to naruto and sasuke. Even if shikamaru knew of the latent Kyuubi cloak, it would have been useful for him seeing as he didn't have the FTG intel to tie it in. For that matter, naruto had no ****ing clue what he was doing, because he didn't even understand what he did when tobirama explained it to him. Just looking at FTG in action is not enough to figure out how it works.
