Now if you also notice in this same illustration. Jugo states "I'm going to fuse with his body" and "Give him my flesh and Chakra"... Thus meaning it is possible that Jugo has and still can fuse the rest of his body into Sasuke. Also to further prove that it was in fact his actual body and not just his chakra we have the image of Jugo becoming a child again.
With this information we can conclude that Jugo can in fact infuse his entire body into sasuke until his body is no more.
But Mellanoma! What will happen to Jugo?
Well, considering Jugo naturally brings in nature energy and the curse mark is built from his own abilities. I believe Jugo will become a conscious entity in Sasuke. Much like Orochimaru was inside Anko until Sasuke pulled him out. Notice in the image below he states his "Senjutsu chakra was poured into the seal but his consciousness remained"
With this being said I believe Jugo and Sasuke can temporarily or permanently Fuse with one another and then Jugo can be revived later once he is no longer needed. Also with Jugo and Sasuke fused together it is quite possible Jugo can fully control his senjutsu chakra thus becoming a major advantage for Sasuke.
With this being said Sasuke will gain the advantages of having Senjutsu chakra and will have a plausible/no asspull power up.
Another thing to realize is that Kishi gets a lot of inspiration from DBZ and DBZ is known for what when the enemy is too powerful?
