Why hasn't any filled up ballons with salt water and threw them at there enemies. It seems like the simplest solution to op devil fruit users. Maybe thats how they fix the sunny.

this thread has been turned into a prediction thread, they are gonna use water balloons to fix the sunny.

Off topic would a salt based logia cancel out there own powers.

Devil fruit users need to be in knee deep still water to be affected.

A better question is why don't pirates make use of Kairoseki. Can you imagine Luffy with Kairoseki gloves? Even pre-skip Luffy with spiked Kairoseki gloves could have taken out enemies such as Magellan, Aokiji, Akainu, Smoker, seen as he is faster than all of them. Its not like its hard to come by as well. There are Kairoseki handcuffs throughout the story, they even managed to find some on the abandoned punk hazard. They should steal a few, get Franky to melt them down and fashion some gloves, with a protective inside layer.
