BM + SM Won't Happen, here's why.

Its pretty obvious Naruto deactivated both modes after deciding to listen to Nagato talk instead of killing him. The fact Kurama's chakra was involved in a combination with Sage Mode renders the first part of your theory null, the second part is somewhat plausible, he would need a lot of nature energy to balance with the chakra Kurama provides for BM.

i think he can use sm+bm. and i disagree with you because when naruto uses kurama chakra he doesn't use his own chakra.... that means he won't need to balance his own chakra into mix.... also i read somewhere that nature energy is 3 times your chakra so that means he needs to gather 3 times the kurama chakra and that seems to be the only problem as it'll need huge amount of time. but considering kages are there so plot may go in direction that kages buy time for naruto to gather that much energy and then entrust naruto with the rest. That's how it always goes.....!

it is proof the merged even for a second so it is possible only a fool can deny the evidence you have no statement in the manga that says fox chakra canceled out sage mode if you do then please present the proof

Naruto perfectly melded Kurama's chakra with the entire alliance. If he can perform chakra control of that level, then it should be easy for him to gather the amount needed for the two modes to mix.

I was thinking about how Sage Mode (SM) works and I find it unlikely Naruto will merge BM and SM, both because of plot reasons and because it would prove to hard for him to do so.

-Sage Mode is the perfect balance between 3 chakra components; Yin, Yang and Nature. By adding Kurama it would either add a 4th component (only Yin) or a 4th and a 5th (in case Naruto does get the other half currently with Minato).

-In any case this means more than 3 components.

-Not only this would be obviously quite harder to balance and achieve it would also carry several problems to the plot:

-If Naruto has to include Kurama's chakra he will need to upgrade/uphold the amount of chakra spent every moment to maintain the Sage Mode, because Kurama's chakra is enormous. This would mean alot more prep time, which in mid battle is little probable to happen or it would mean a far less durable SM time.

-In addition to the above adding the 4th and 5th chakra components would mean that the remaining components would be reduced from a 3rd to a 5th, i.e. there would be less Nature chakra in SM, rendering SM less effective against Obito.


So adding that all up it makes little sense for Kishi to merge the two basically because it would mean a whole lot of trouble for Naruto to manage it and even more importantly because it would not help Naruto.

The beauty of Nature chakra in Sage Mode is that Naruto can gather just the right amount to match his own chakra, adding Kurama to the mix would mean either to draw little Kurama chakra, why do you want to use a tail beast if your going to use little chakra of it? or the need to boost his own chakra reserves to match Kurama's and then gather a massive amount of Nature chakra - which is atm impossible.

Meaning he gets to stay in sage mode longer since he will need lots of nature energy to balance kuramas chakra

-Your discounting the fact that Naruto (whose chakra control has increased vastly) is now friends with Kurama (who can freely give matching chakra ... as seen with Kakashi ) and he might help with the chakra management.

- Naruto can just convert Kurama's chakra (Yin and Yang) to match his own (like he did with the alliance) which would just make it effectively only 3 components.

- Your also disregarding the possibility of using Sage Chakra and Kurama chakra separately but in co ordination .... as in seen in the pain encounter.

Well possibility is not guarantee ..... so I m good.

But what if it isn't a separate component? Naruto has noticed that the 10-tails is an infinity bundle of natural energy. The tailed beasts were formed by dividing the ten-tails chakra so its likely that the chakra type is the same. Kurama also has shown to collect chakra in a similar sitting manner to how naruto collects nature energy for SM.

Its quite possible that whilst slightly different tailed beast chakra may still have some compatibility with nature energy.

I'm not he only one who have noticed
