If Lucci draws this into a close range battle, Law has trouble, but Law's ability to teleport and create space for himself makes it diffucult. If Law get his room activated, Law stomps easy, so if Lucci knows of his abilities his superior speed may give him the edge, but anyway you look at this Law wins tbh.

Law wins.. Yeah Lucci was able to beat strawhat crew in pretimeskip but no more! Luffy alone proved that when he took down a pacifist alone. In pre-timeskip sanji, zoro & luffy used all their powers combined and struggeled as well against one of the pacifist, then after timeskip luffy 1 hit.
