1) killer bee (sleeping since 100 chapters ago)
2) mifune ( stopped hanzo then what ?)
3) raikage (madara owned him)
4) mei (weakest kage ever)
5) neji (died in 1 shot)
6) hinata (good at crying)
7) juugo (done nothing)
8) kiba (dreaming of being hokage)
9) rock lee (hiding behind troops)
10) hiruzen ( died within 1 hit)

Top 10 useful ninja in war ..

1) naruto (done most job)
2) itachi (stopped Edo tensei)
3) orochimaru (summoned hokages)
4) kakashi (helped to protect naruto)
5) sakura (healing everyone)
6) gai (fought furiously)
7) Tobirama (very effective)
8) hashirama (fighting madara)
9) Shikamaru (make strategy)
10) sasuke (somehow useful)


While the others ninja are average !!
Not useful and not useless like minato and others kages ..

What about Shikaku and Inoichi? Shikaku was pretty much the alliances brains and Inoichi the translator that relayed all the info to everyone.

I think the entire question is pointless. Main heroes are mostly useful, fodders are always fodders (except Kabuto I guess).

top usefull ninja's are ok, but for useless ninjas, you got something like 79900 fooder ninjas! not people like bee, mei (saving feudal lords), hinata (helping naruto when he was about to give up) or lee(supporting sai in defeating ninja swordmen)!

i dont agree with your top 10 usless list, and you have to s[ecify the stage of the war, coz neji saved naruto's life, killer bee also protected naruto, mei was usefull for her suiton against madara, raikage was important in attacking madara (even though the five kage didnt do much)

Btw: Lee kicked Madara in half...not useless. Just because you say she's the weakest kage, (she beats Tsunade though IMO) Mei has not been useless. She protected the daimyo from Black Zetsu. Hiruzen set up that barrier with the other Hokage. Hinata restored Naruto's courage. Juugo (along with Suigetsu) delivered the scroll to Sasuke. Raikage was the General. He was giving all the orders before he had to fight. Neji protected Naruto and Hinata. Mifune led his platoon to victory. Did you not see the Cerberus Jutsu from Kiba? He was helping fight off the mini Juubi.

He's jinchirichki 8 tailed beast but he's doing nothing effective at all beside I mentioned
That unknown fodders aren't allowed in list ..
Mei is weak and chojiro helped to beat zetsu while she's hiding behind genma ..

You can't add yamato neither kurenai since they didn't even joined the war .
