She was still pregnant when Pain attacked Konoha. She's probably still in Konoha.
Kabuto captured him quite easily, you're right, but Kabuto could capture most of the shinobi in the world.

I honestly don't see why Bee is considered useless in this war arc, do people even read the manga ?
First of all, google the defination "useless" then read my below post.

1. He helped Naruto to get through the barriers. Basically, he's the reason why Naruto is figthing in this war right now.
2. He has taught Naruto the KCM, before they mindlessly went out to the battlefield. This is another important factor.
3. He saved Naruto like twice in the battle with the 6 jin's. He was capable of using battle

4. Bee was always meant to be a backup for Naruto. Hachibi is not an offensive, but a defensive tool. I guess people are too dumb to see that, though.

Killer Bee fought along side with Naruto and others in terms of offense and defense.
And he is the reason Why Naruto is fighting with kyuubi's power.

Mifune stopped Hanzo and lear the whole battlion.

Raikage fought against Madara

Mei protected Daimyos and fought Madara

Neji saved Naruto and fought in his respective division

Hinata fought in her respective division and saved Naruto from tnj

Juugo...what do you expect him to do?

Kiba fought in his respective division and against juubi clones

Lee fought in his respective division, kicked Madara in half and severed the connection between him and juubi

Hiruzen fought juubi and observed his attacks instead of alıve ones dying over it.

...

Dumb list for useless ones. Everybody are playing their parts.
Whether they die or do something that is not mountain busting; they are doing something.

You can't blame Lee for not knowing medical ninjutsu in the same manner you can't blame Sakura for not kicking Madara in half. They are doing what they can do depending on what they can.

Btw: Lee kicked Madara in half...not useless. Just because you say she's the weakest kage, (she beats Tsunade though IMO) Mei has not been useless. She protected the daimyo from Black Zetsu. Hiruzen set up that barrier with the other Hokage. Hinata restored Naruto's courage. Juugo (along with Suigetsu) delivered the scroll to Sasuke. Raikage was the General. He was giving all the orders before he had to fight. Neji protected Naruto and Hinata. Mifune led his platoon to victory. Did you not see the Cerberus Jutsu from Kiba? He was helping fight off the mini Juubi.

TL;DR OP is wrong.

Tsunade beats mei in every matter
She is faster has more power more experience instant regenaration katsuyu for her protection
So many feats mei doesnt posses
