"Goods as in knowledge then yes, I will be tutoring you in the way of wind, but before we go into more practical work I want you to tell me your name and everything you know about wind release, weaknesses and strengths; also combinations with other elements. Be detailed, sloppiness will not be accepted."

It is strong against Lightning as Wind is it's natural insulator. Wind is weak against Fire as the Fire eats the oxygen in the Wind, making the Fire stronger in turn. It can be combined with Earth and Fire to use Dust Release, a rare Kekkai Tota. Combine Wind with Suiton and you get Ice, and also you can use Rain with this very same combination. Combine it with Fire and you got yourself an Inferno on your hands. I am not well versed in Wind, but I think that covers it.

Skulduggery nods, "You got the main idea of what the element wind element is and its strengths and weaknesses, though what you need to remember about wind when using it is that you need to focus it to be sharp and thin as possible, this gives it the cutting power used in most of it's techniques. There are also some wind techniques that don't use cutting power, but instead just control the circulation around us to gather dust and rocks creating defences and distractions, Understand?"

"Good" Skulduggery says and picks up a leaf from the ground. "Alright, what I want you to do next is to gather your chakra, concentrate on the breeze and how it feels and convert this chakra making it into the properties of Wind, this requires utmost concentration especially it being your first try this will get easier with practice. Focus this chakra and channel it through your body and into this leaf." Skulduggery holds the leaf towards Kisuke.

( Sounds a little fiery like in that description, mention that it's cool next time and separate it from the other elements, you don't want to confuse your opponent in battle.)

Skulduggery looks at the leaf, then takes it from Urahara and drops it on the floor. "You don't need that anymore, now do the same thing but instead of channelling it into the leaf, release it from your hand creating a blast of wind. Shoot it anywhere except for me, I'd like to keep my hat."

Alright! I think I will blast that flower over there.

Your hand produces a fart like sound and Skulduggery looks at you, "Hmm, Try again, but focus more (be more descriptive), not everyone gets it the first time. If you need help don't hesitate to ask."

Skulduggery nods to his Student, "It's okay, we all have brain dead moments, except me of course." Skulduggery then then claps his hands together and builds up the chakra inside his body, the breeze blowing passed him; dodging his mass. Skulduggery moulds his chakra changing it's properties to that of wind making it swift, sharp and cool. He builds up enough of this chakra and then circulates it around his torso, stretching his right arm out as the chakra travels down it and flares in his hand; the chakra releases from the palm and spreads forward and outwards pushing a powerful blast of wind towards some rocks, rolling them across the floor. "There, that should do it. Remember just focus on your chakra build up making sure you have enough and also circulation around the body."

Skulduggery nods and reaches into his pouch, "Let's make it more interesting, shoot the kunai out of the air." He then pulls out a kunai and spins it, throwing it up into the air and steps out of the way.

Kisuke looks at the kunai, never taking his eyes off it, even for an instant. Kisuke claps his hands together and starts molding the Fuuton chakra inside his body. He then feels a breeze that is all around his body. He feels sharper, fast, and agile. Kisuke's Fuuton chakra starts molding around his mid section, going up to his chest, and out to his arms. He concentrates a little more and the chakra travels to his hands, eyes still locked on the kunai. He then extends his arm and pushes the Fuuton chakra at the kunai at tremendous speeds, blowing it away.

"Okay then, first we will go through the D-rank techniques and remember, just because they are low rank doesn't mean these techniques are bad, they can be very useful if used in the correct situations.The first technique is called dust wind technique."

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

"I want you to gather your wind chakra and then shoot the gust of wind so that it takes up the dust from the ground and spreads over the tree over there." Skulduggery points to the tree over to your left, "Get close to the tree about 5 meters or less away from it since this technique is quite short ranged, doing this to the tree will make it harder for your opponents to run up making them lose their footing, you can even blast the dust into your opponent's eyes which would temporarily blind them. After you have performed the technique I want you to give me as many advantages and disadvantages as possible, and then ways of countering this technique."

Kisuke stands next to the tree, about 3m away from it. He starts feeling the cool, sharp, and quick feeling of Fuuton chakra. As the feeling started in his mid section, it quickly moved from his chest, then to his throat. As his chest expanded, full of Fuuton chakra, he opened his mouth and began blowing out the wind infused chakra on the ground, creating a gust that brings up sand.

Some advantages to this technique is that it can blind opponents, ruins the opponents footing, and can insulate C-rank Raiton.

Some disadvantages to this technique is that it is very weak, not really used for attacking. Someone can easily use a high powered jutsu to counter this.

To counter this, I would use a katon to eat the oxygen out of the air, or maybe even a doton to push my opponent off balance.
