Shino Can Potentially Defeat Sasori !

You do realize Sasori has not a normal chakra system so shino's bugs might simply just get confused on where to absorb the chakra from :| Could they absorb chakra Strings? Yes but that doesn't mean Sasori can't make more, not to mention can Shino's bugs even sense chakra? as chakra strings can be made so that they are invisible to the unknown eye, Also they all get fried by sasori's flamethrowers that do not require chakra at all ... So swarming sasori does not work either.

Shino gets solo'd without Iron Sand quite frankly Again sasori feels no pain or feels anything really, so with bugs swarming on him trying to find his inane chakra system he can still move (although like i sai dthey would be fried but lets say their not) He can still use this which Shino and his pitiful excuse at evasion would not be able to avoid

And while using his flamethrower immediately after ejecting out of Hiruko can potentially work in killing a large portion of Shinos insects, it's unlikely that it'll kill them all before they swarm in and jam his joints. Sasori still needs to remove his cloak and fire his flamethrower. A flamethrower that is made for a mid-range assault rather then close range [

I do not think the robe is getting in the way of the fire and the mechanical claws will rip his robe for his water attack for the surrounding area.

The bugs can go in close range but than again they first have come within radius of sasori which means they are prone to the flames.

Except I always stated ways for him to get enough distance away from the bugs to summon the 3rd kazekage puppet via his iron chain. Once the scroll comes out the 3rd kazekage is immediately released. You keep bringing up the bugs eating the chakra strings and surrounding sasori but your not even taking iron sand int consideration regarding it's defensive capabilities due to its shape manipulation. Sasori can easily form a iron dome of sand around himself and the 3rd kazekage puppet similar to what gaara did against Deidara[

Regarding the water scroll even though its only anime and not manga written its still very possible that one of the scrolls sasori had on his back was for the water blast he used. Idk why they cut it out of the manga battle though.

But I believe your underestimating sasori a tad bit when you say it will be basically over once he is out of hiruko and the bugs will chase him. Sasori can potentially counter the mist of bugs coming at him with his flame throwers built in his hands[
