good ben affleck will be crap as batman. to be fair i don't like superman at all and refuse to watch the movie. and finally the movie won't work properly because you have op superman with movie batman who can't do half the stuff that makes him good in the comics. DC is trying to copy marvels movie success and failing.

Interesting , not many people happy with the idea of him being Batman , I'm not either , I just think he is better off directing movies than actually being in them , I know ,i know he was in Argo , but when Affleck directs & starts in a movie they turn up good , but DC & Warner know that they can fvck this up , cause we all know they are doing all this to compete with marvel & they really need to get their shit together cause Nolan & Bale set the bar super high .
Im not a DC fan , i hate that universe , but I do love Batman ....so I'm really scare for this movie , i just don't want a shitty movie

Exactly & those movies & actors almost destroy Batman , until Nolan came to save that universe & made Billions of dollars , of course fans care who plays batman & who doesn't ...no one wants another Clooney :/ .

I read the batman comics, robin, nightwing, red hood, you probably get my point. Batman has been in all of them, you learn his personality, and I can tell you right now. It's not going to work with Ben. I just can't see it, I hope DC finds someone new.

Why do people assume that Affleck will be such a terrible Batman? Do they even have a reason? This kind of critical raging is exactly what happened when Heath Ledger was casted as The Joker, and we all know how that panned out. People think Affleck as Batman is such a bad thing without having a legitimate reason.
Ben Affleck will surprise us. Give the man a damn chance. He could be the best.
Lastly, Bale's Batman would fail in the Man of Steel sequel. You people still don't get it. Nolan's Batman world was too grounded in reality. There is no room for superpowers in that universe. That's why Snyder and Nolan both said there would be no chance in hell that Bale would be back. Get it through your heads.

I dont think so. Ben Affleck is a rare gem in the hollywood Industry. He can write, act and direct for pete sake. I'm a fan. I will save my judgement after the movie.
