I know he's not invincible (even if a few mindless fantrolls think he is) but outside a few jins ms and rinnegan users he beats everyone
I wonder who's the strongest character he can DEFINITELY beat
I mean you know there are debatable ones like the Itachi vs Minato or the Itachi vs Kabuto which are either high diff or can go either way
but there are characters he can definitely solo' 1on1 like the sannins,the gokages or Tobirama... ...Who's the strongest of these characters?????

Minato is too fast to be totsuka blitzed (sadly) but he still cannot counter genjutsu or break Itachi's susanoo...

Honestly, he cant beat SM Kabuto. The only way he could hope to win is Totsuka Blade. But even then how would you hit Kabuto?
